Kensuke Fukui is Yōsen's vice captain and point guard.

Fukui is the smallest player of the powerhouse Yōsen, known for its tall and strong centers, so Fukui doesn't really fit in with his teammates. He has a sharp face, a wide mouth and long whiteish-blonde hair, that is styled to the front. He is of average body build. He plays with jersey number 5.
He is generally a straight-forward guy. He speaks his mind, often in a comedic manner. In game, he is a smart and usually calm player.

One of the main players of the Yosen High basketball team, Himuro was the one who introduced and taught Kagami about basketball in the United States. Cold and perpetually collected, he is said to be willing to do anything to fulfill his objectives.

Himuro has a strong bond with Kagami, because he was in fact Kagami's first friend after Kagami moved to the States. Kagami addresses Himuro as his big brother. They also share the same ring, which they always wears on their neck as a pendant.

Later on, it's found out that Himuro's strength is his beautiful play; he could do fakes exceptionally well and almost never fails to fool his opponents.

His rebound is even that strong that he can compete against Teppei Kiyoshi.
